First visits include assessment and treatment (about 45 minutes). Longer sessions for gait analysis, bike fit or complex / multi-site problems.

60-minute sessions suit gait analysis and complex problems. 90-minute sessions suit bike fit analysis and multi-region work.
Insurance
Registered with some private providers — currently BUPA, AVIVA, WPA and the Nuffield Fusion Network. Mention cover when you book so we can confirm.
What to wear
Wear clothes you can move in. For back, neck and shoulder assessment you may be asked to remove your top if comfortable (vest / sports bra is fine). Bring shorts for back, knee and ankle work.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice (one working day). Late cancellations incur a fee.
